The Caregiver Support Conference is presented by the Kitsap County Division of Aging and Long Term Care. This event will be held December 5th, 8:30am-3:30pm at Kiana Lodge in Poulsbo. This event is FREE to family and volunteer caregivers. For more information see the Caregiver Conference Poster 2012 and the Caregiver Conference Registration Form. Space is limited, so please register by November 30th.
